We first got to know Noel during his college years in UCG with our son Matt.
He visited our house in Pallasgreen a number of times a true gentleman and so genuine
and always had a smile and always laughter involved.
The last time we met him his beautiful wife Iovana was with him and left life long memories with Tom and myself and will stay with us always.
