I have Known Noeleen from when I was very Young and am saddened to hear of her Passing as she was great friends with my Late Mother Marie for many years along with Christy Her Husband like I am Friends with Stephen Her Son and Amanda Her Daughter and I express my and That of my Family Condolences to her Family on their Loss as I have fond memories of Noeleen's kindness as a Child like her Kindness when my Mother later developed Dementia she was a friend when I needed it like she was the first to offer condolences when my Mother passed away Two Years ago she will be forever in my Thoughts and may she rest in peace
