To Pat Marie and John, please accept my condolences at this difficult time, It was of great sadness that I learnt of the passing of Nora. I have great memories of Nora from the first time meeting the Bourke family when they lived in Castlemartyr where Nora had a most beautiful garden before they moved to Ballyvodock. I was always made feel very welcome by Nora and all the Bourke family when I visited them next door, and learnt many of lifes skills there including electronics, playing darts to using a CB radio. Nora was always very insistent on bringing us swimming to Cobh and it was because of this that I and many of my siblings learnt to swim. I remember Nora as a very hard worker, always going being it in the garden or in the home but she always had time for me when I called over to meet John and Marie. Pat Marie and John I am sure you will take great pride from great care you all took of her in her later years, May she rest in peace.
