Nora Comiskey
(née White)

Deepest sympathy on Nora's passing to Joe, Susan, Dervala, Sinead and of course her brother Pat. Nora was a great character. Have great memories of being on the tug o war team with her, representing the Wren's Nest at the Strawberry Fairs in the 1970s. She was also a mine of information on history and contributed a lot to the Blanchardstown & Castleknock History Society. Her knowledge and laughter will be sadly missed. May she rest in peace.

I just wanted to pass on my deepest sympathies on the passing of your mum Nora. My thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time. May she rest in peace.

To Joe, Susa, Dervela, Sinead and family of Nora, I am fortunate to have so many memories of Nora from her walking up the road with Sinead in the pram to her supervising our youth club and discos in the Lower road school. Since my mother Maureen passed away Nora was my go to for information about the Strawberry beds. Rest in peace Nora🙏

A great Republican who always spoke her mind Nora was an inspirational figure to all who knew her. She left her mark - she served the cause. Her light shines on.
