Sincere condolences to all Nora's family. I sold Nora a car when I worked in Kevin O'Leary's Bandon. I went on to go teaching and Nora gave me great advice. I always enjoyed our chats when she'd call in or chats over the phone. She was a wonderful human being. Rest in peace Nora.

Sincere condolences to Teresa, the Cremin and Barrett families on the sad passing of Nora. Nora was a talented singer and musician who was dedicated to the St Finbarr’s Church Choir. My father Mark Harrington was a member of the choir and held Nora in high esteem. I have fond memories of the choir singing the Sean O’Riada Mass on St Patrick’s Day. Nora had a great community spirit and fundraised for many years for cancer research. She was also an inspirational teacher who encouraged and brought out the best in her pupils. May Nora’s kind and gentle soul rest in peace after a life well lived. May you all draw comfort from the many wonderful memories you have of such a kind and generous lady.

We remember Nora’s great love for music,most especially her dedication to the church choir.
Her musical spirit and passionate attention to detail and accuracy were her gifts which she shared generously with children and adults alike. We remembered her with gratitude as we prepared and sang the O”Riada Mass on St.Patrick’s Day. Thanks to Nora that rich tradition remains alive in the Bantry church community.
Nora was a real Irish woman who loved the language and traditions of her country. She dedicated much of her life to instil the same love in the hearts of everyone she taught.
May you sing with the angels Nora in the heavenly choirs .

She was always an extremely intelligent and witty woman and would always stop for a chat when we met in town and loved speaking to the kids in Irish.

We were deeply saddened to hear of Nora’s passing and would like to extend our sincere condolences to her family and friends. Nora tirelessly helped to make things better for everyone facing a cancer diagnosis and fundraised for our research over many years especially with her Bring ‘n’ Buy pop up shops. Her unwavering commitment to others shone through, as did her warmth, persuasion and delegation skills! More vital cancer research happened because of her and her team’s efforts. She made her mark in her community any beyond, in so many ways, and will be truly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
