My deepest sympathy to Nora’s family and friends. She was a dear friend of my mother for many many years, right back from their nursing days together. They used to linger on their regular lunches into the late afternoon, enjoying lively discussions on so many topics. When my parents couldn’t decide on my name as a baby, it was Nora who came with the alternative which stuck. She had a fierce love of children … that was very apparent through the years, also with respect to her own nieces and nephew.
May all your memories bring you comfort in accepting her departure.
