Josie brought laughter and fun to generations of the Cork Coffey family from the 1950 onwards, and had a special bond with Paddy and his late wife, Mary. Josie and the women of the East End gave a new meaning to hospitality in Ireland and it has never been rivalled.
Josie's spirit can only add to the joy of Heaven.
