I am so deeply saddened to learn of the passing of dear Nora from this life to her eternal reward.

Nora was a lady in every way with a deep faith in Jesus and Mary. I have very fond memories of pilgrimages to Knock in the bus with my late Mum. She was the total professional in the Cathedral Book Shop and her kindness and caring nature toward people was a joy to behold and a lesson to be remembered.

To the family, friends, the Parish of Cobh and all who knew Nora, I offer my deepest sympathies

Rest easy now Nora, the trials of this life are over and now you are hearing those words from the One you prayed to and served, "Come blessed of my Father". May you enjoy the rewards prepared for you in God's Kingdom in Heaven

She and her family were gentle and friendly people and we loved, as children, when her younger relations came home from England on holidays; we all played together on those lovely summer days. I have many lovely memories of her as a childhood neighbour from Harbour Row and as Minister of the Word for many years at 12 00 Mass, where she always sat in the same seat. She was also a stalwart in the Cathedral Shop where she was so helpful to the teachers and children preparing for sacraments. A lovely lady. May she rest in peace.
