Fond memories of great (and generous) nights in Norma's bar, especially with the much-missed parents and in-laws, the late John & Peggy Dillon of Rockall, Goleen (also of Dublin and London). Thank you, Norma. Rest in peace.

So sorry to hear of the passing of Norma.
Some of my best memories are still of camping down in Barleycove with all my family and spending evenings at Norma's pub. The sing alongs, the Craic, we kids ran wild. Norma was a force to be reckoned with, her quick wit and sharp tongue kept everyone in check, but the obvious affection and love everyone had for her was tangible.
I had the pleasure of staying with her above the pub for a week, I was a young teenager at the time and she let me work behind the bar, she couldn't have been a better host, I still tell the stories about it and it always makes us laugh.
After leaving Ireland 30+ years ago I never got to see Norma again and this year we will all be going to Barleycove for a reunion and was really hoping to see and catch up with her. I will come have a chat with you at your grave Norma ,you will be sorely missed.
Deepest condolences to all your family and friends and to all the vacationers that like us, can never think of our times in Barleycove and Goleen without thinking of you..with the fondest of memories

Very sad to hear that Norma had died. Fondest memories of our times in the Caravan Parks in Barley cove in the 80/s , and then in to Norma in the pub in the evenings. Kids just loved it. She was so kind , and helpful to us , as she was to Johns uncle Tom Glanville who lived in Goleen for many years. She had a quirky sense of humour , but she was observant , and always full of news .
