Even so when I asked you to handknit for me a long black irish sweater, you felt it should have been white . But you did it anyway . The fact that you were my neighbour Micky's sister always made me feel close to your family / And if I knew Sean less , I loved Kevin as a child and I still do. Rest in Peace dear Nora . Enjoy to be free. You will go on living in our hearts!

On behalf of our parish I would like to extend our sympathy to Sean and Kevin, Michael, Evelyn and Nancy, and all Nonie's extended family on her passing.
I did not know 'Nonie Nee', as she was known here in our parish, but she is still remembered here with love by many of our elder parishioners. Nonie was here from 1961 to 1970 with Fr. Malachy Stephens, a priest who is also well remembered here, and she made many good friends while living and working in our parish.
I'm so sorry that I won't be able to attend her funeral, but I would like you to know that we will be remembering her in our prayers at our Parish Masses this weekend.
May she rest in peace. God bless you all with his comfort and peace at this time.
