Sincere sympathy to Vivienne, Jimmy, Michael and the remainder of the family on the death of your beloved mother, Norah. May she rest in peace.

My deep sympathies to each and every one of you: Vivienne, Sinéad, Claire, Jimmy (Dolores and Greg)), Philip, and Michael on the death of your beloved mother, R.I.P. She was a bundle of energy, love and good sense - laced together with a lively sense of humour. It is really unfortunate that Covid-19 restrictions prevented ye from gathering as a family with her in her final weeks and days, and from gathering for mutual support at the time of her death and funeral. It makes hard times harder. Be as gentle as possible with yourselves in your own personal locations as these days, nights and weeks unfold.

Norah became a member of the caretaking staff at Cashel Community School directly after its opening in September 1994. Within a year or so she was entrusted with the role of supervisor of the team of part-time caretaking and services staff. It was a role that enabled her to deploy her wide range of capabilities, for the good of all in the community of the school. I suppose having reared six children she was 'ready for anything and everything', and for everyone!

My renewed sympathies. May Norah dwell in the realm of the saints of heaven, and may the good Lord comfort each of you in the deep-down ways that He alone can.
