You must be still in shock and so heartbroken. She was a real family person and adored all of you. She was so excited for the future and looking forward to her next grandchild and JJ and Caroline's Wedding. She was super organised and will be greatly missed by so many as she was a very kind bubbly person that kept us all entertained. She was an encyclopedia of information and and I really enjoyed my time working with her in Quills we had many a good laugh as we enjoyed looking after the many tourists from near and far.
