Norman HUNT

Dear Tony, Barbara, Ingrid and Norman,
Our most sincere condolences on the passing of your wonderful father Norman. We valued his presence in our lives for so many years through his patronage of the Carick Hall where he not only was one of our most treasured customers but also formed such an integral part of the character and community of that establishment. It was always a pleasure to welcome him there, as well as with Christie on Sunday evenings, and with the entire family on so many happy family occasions. Though an immense loss for you all there is comfort to know that he is now resting once again with Olive and David after a long and healthy life. Rest in peace. Colm and Margot, Tom, Colm, Dolores and George Rice.

My deepest sympathies to all the Hunt family on your sad loss. I enjoyed working with Norman in Rathmines Delivery Office for many years, particularly the years when we worked on neighbouring Rathgar routes. Always an interesting man and never short of a story, he had a long and distinguished Post Office family history to draw upon when it came to relating a yarn or two. He will be missed and remembered by those who knew him
