Sincere condolences to Marie and all the family on the very sad passing of Norman.

Our sincere sympathies to Marie and the extended immediate family including Aubie and Kevin. We knew Norman since 1976 and we cherished his friendship. While Norman loved joking etc. he was a wonderful family man. Always speaking and praising his family and grandchildren which he was so proud of. Not to mention his queen Mar, whom he adored and spoke so highly of. While we will miss Norman we will always remember the great company that he was and the wonderful times we had together.

May Norman’s gentle soul Rest in Peace.

I am so sad to hear of the passing of Norman, such a lovely man. My love and best wishes to all the family. Unfortunately I am not in Ireland so could not attend the Funeral.

Our sincere condolences to Normans family. The nicest ,kindest man . We where so thankful for Norman who played the pipes for our late father and husband not long ago. He will be dearly missed. I, Leonard have the nicest memories of going to his home as a child and there being a mountain of toys for us to play with.

His pipes signaled the commencement of the festival each year as he piped in the Lord Mayor of Cork to Shandon over the past 14 years.

Norman was a wonderful man, full of fun and brought a smile and a sense of enjoyment to all who attended. His encouragement and practical support, we will never forget!
