So sorry to hear about Normans sudden passing, he was a lovely colleague and person, I worked with him both in Theatre and the Intensive Care Unit in Saint James Hospital. When he was in charge of the Theatre Recovery, he strove to improve things and did his best to improve the processes there for the benefit of the patients, I enjoyed my conversations with him and he had a sincerity and decency to him, not often encountered, he will be missed by many in Saint James. Condolences to his family.

Dear Christine and Janet, my deepest sympathy to you on the sad and untimely passing of Norman. I have great memories of Norman and particularly of the day Jane Mahon and I interviewed him for his first post in SJH. It took a little bit more time to get through the interview as we had to interpret Normans strong Scottish accent. It was a pleasure knowing and working with you Norman. May you rest now in peace.
A proud Scotts man.
