I'm so sorry to hear of Norman's passing, and my condolences to Phil , Sally and extended family. Norman came to Harp in Dundalk as Admin. Manager c '64 and we soldiered there together as colleagues and friends for some years. Norman really embraced life, was kind, very helpful and happy - always. He will be sadly missed -a lovely being.
I was verry saddened to hear of Normans passing, and i send love and much sympathy to Phil and sally and family,i was so fond of Norman, and have great memories of times spent with Phil,Norman myles and toby the dog, condolences, Norma Bracken, Milltown.

I shared an office with Norman in the General Section of the Chief Accountants Department of Guinness Dublin. He was invigorating, funny, companionable, and helpful. I was a very junior 19 year clerk. He treated me like a friend. One of nature's gentlemen. May he rest in peace.

Fond memories of Norman recounting to me in early 1980s his progress investigating for Guinness cross border smuggling. A unique character.

Darling Sally, we're so sorry to hear of Norman's passing. He couldn't have asked for a more wonderful daughter. So glad you were able to be with him in his final days.
