Working for Norman was a pleasure. His interests were vast and his penchant to ask questions of individuals from every discipline always made them feel valued & included, never tested.

I will miss the warmth of our random & brief communications over the last 20 years; always unexpected but always welcome.

Very sad to hear about Normans passing, my condolences to his family. He was great leader, and will be missed.

I met Norman at Sierra Wireless where I had the honour of working for him. He was the sweetest, kindest person. I feel so blessed to have known him and so very sad he is now gone. RIP Norman, you will be missed greatly by all who knew you. 💔😢

I am so sad to hear of his passing. Norman was a special person and will be missed. I only wish I had been physically closer so to spend more time with him in these last years. I will always be grateful to have been his friend and college in many of his (ad)ventures. He was one of a kind!

I have been deeply blessed to have known you, you were a friend during my darkest times. And sadly, I have been too broken to be to you, but you were always in my heart, mind and prayers. Now the reality that I will never see you again is devastating. No more Vij’s dinners and great conversations with You and Heather. The world is a lesser place without you.
