The stories that drew us in and created memories, sporting wins and misses, a game well played, family, and friends well loved. As we loved Norman. We cherish the memories.

Dear Olive, Lynnne, Olwyn and Stephen, I am so sorry to hear of Norman's passing. I will keep him and all of you in my prayers at this very sad time. It is extraordinary that you both passed me by and beeped your horn last week as I stood outside the gate on Kerrymount Rise. I remember Norman as being a jovial and fun-loving Dad to you all and I would imagine he was the same with his grandchildren. Rest in Peace Norman.

Dear Olwyn and family, thinking of you all at this very sad time.

My sympathy to Olive, Lynne, Olwyn, Stephen and the extended family. I was shocked to hear of Normans passing so soon after his marathon and talking to him in the past few weeks.. I have great memories of a special week in Fuengiriola and the many entertaining evenings of banter in Galloping Green. Norman kept regularly in touch during the pandemic, as I know he did with other friends. Sad that we can not meet up again. RIP Norman.

Our Sadness is great at the passing of our dear friend Norman...
One of a kind he was always such a funny witty and intelligent gentleman who took no prisoners if anyone was overly critical of his beloved Arsenal...1 - nil Norman.
As father of our Galloping Green Watsapp group founded in Lockdown he was a great contributor always as ever concerned that everyone else was okay not himself.
Norman was a fine raconteur and we all enjoyed his many recollections of taking the scenic route in driving holidays to the Villa in Spain never throdding the same path we got it blow by blow we listened and were entertained..(thank god he didn't have the ipad tablet back then!!!)
A loving family is priceless and Norman certainly had that and knew it,he gleamed with pride over all their achievements.
Not many men can say it in their 86th year but Marathon Man till the end.
