Oh how I will miss Nuala - what an incredible woman with the most wonderful twinkle in her eye and a huge heart in her tiny body. I could always count on her honest opinion, no-nonsense advice and wicked sense of humour over so many special lunches in East. I’ve known Noodles almost all of my life and can’t believe how lucky I am to have so many treasured memories of her. How fortunate we all were to have known and be loved by her. My condolences to the Gouldings and all of us who will miss her. Howth won’t be the same without her.
