Rest easy old friend

So sorry to hear of Nuala's passing. She was a lovely person always smiling. I met her first when she led her first parenting course in Blakestown I was lucky enough to be on it. She was brilliant and a great sport. Nuala you will be sorely missed by all who knew you. Blakestown thanks you for all you did for us, and it will never be the same without you. Rest now in the arms of God.

I had the pleasure of being involved with Nuala through the GBDP for a number of years. Through good times and challenging times Nuala's attitude and approach was the same.... warm cheerful positive and professional. Sincere sympathy to her family on their great loss.

I met Nuala in 2015 when I was in Tyrrelstown Community Center working as tutor for the Failte program and I still remember her always shining smile.Deepest condolences to her family from all of us.

So very saddened to hear about passing of Nuala .. I knew Nuala from her community work with Empower when I worked in Baptec Training Centre and had the pleasure of working with her during my time working directly with Empower.. my deepest condolences .. she will be very much missed

I was very sorry to hear of Nuala's passing. I have worked and volunteered in the community for many years and had the opportunity to work with Nuala through Community Childcare, Community education and Integration programs.

I was very shocked and saddened to hear of Nuala's death last Sunday. I offer my heartfelt condolences to Nuala's children, and all her family. I knew Nuala from her tireless work in The Greater Blanchardstown Development Project. Nuala always welcomed everyone with the warmest genuine smile. Nuala genuinely gave her heart and soul to her community. Nuala you will never ever be forgotten.

I was saddened to hear of Nuala's passing. She always had a smile and a great sense of humour. She worked tirelessly for all of the community of Blanchardstown and I had the pleasure and privilege to have worked with her over the last 20 years from the Blanchardstown Asylum Seekers & Refugees Network ( BARN) to the Tyrrelstown Development Group more recently. She will be greatly missed and joins a growing list of key community activists from D15 who are, sadly, no longer with us. Rest in Peace, Nuala.

I knew Nuala as a work colleague, when I worked in Empower.
She was an absolute pleasure to be around, always positive, always laughing and always, always talking about her children who she was so proud of. She did so much for the Dublin 15 community and will be missed by so many.

Very sad to hear of Nuala’s death. She was a woman of courage and faced many challenges with grace and humour and true heart. I remember Nuala as one of the original group of women who joined in Personal Development in Blakestown and emerged as a true leader in the much needed community development of the Greater Blanchardstown area. I loved and admired Nuala and enjoyed her sense of fun which carried us all through tough times along the way.
