You were my boss at key2care in Stoke. You had a charisma about you. Us carers respected you, as You were much more than just a manager. You made us all feel like family. You were also a amazing agony uncle if we ever had issues withbour personal lifes. You would help where you could. You had one rule when we were in the office, if we make a brew, we make you want too. You were only manager I ever had that appreciated his staff at christmas. We were all overwhelmed with the little box of personalised chocolates you brought for each member of staff. We gave you a send off party that you deserved, when you left stoke Branch. You left a hole that no one could fill your boots. Company was never same. Rip Boss x❤️

I feel so sad that I will never have the chance to see you again. Oisin from first meeting in Nottingham, supporting me in my new role as a registered manager, making me laugh, and just being you. We had some laughs and enjoyed coffee and put the world to rights. I always remember how much you talked about your family and friends. And the love that I heard when you spoke of them. I have missed you since you moved to Dublin , and now I shall always miss your cheeky laugh, and you being you. Rest in peace my lovely friend. I know you will be the brightest star in the sky when I look up xxxx
