I am so saddened at the recent death of Oisin Hasson. I knew Oisin from 1984 who became my brother in law and he proved himself to be the most wonderful, caring and kind man I have ever met. RIP Oisin Hasson as you join your equally amazing and caring parents Niall and Rosella who devoted their lives to caring for you. May you all rest in peace and I am so thankful I had the pleasure of knowing you and being part of your lives for so long.

I was very sorry to hear about Oisin's death.
I have very strong memories from the time he was in a coma after the motorbike crash. In primary school there was a morning prayer every day, and the class was invited to make a special request for someone. Every day I raised my hand and asked for prayers for my cousin Oisin. When he eventually awoke, there was genuine delight amongst my class as they all had an interest in his wellbeing. They might also have been relieved that they didn't have to hear me speak up every day!
That feeling of delight and relief is my abiding memory of him.
I'm sorry I wasn't able to make the funeral, and I hope it went ok for you all.
