Vi venis into mio life and our time together was filled with love, fun, laughter, activities, learning and adventures. Thank you for that. I’m so sorry that your next adventure was cut far too short. I will hold our happy memories in my heart, think of you often and miss you go deo, sked. Kun amo - squib.

Mary, Kevin, Peter, Niamh, Caoimhe, and Emer, Clodagh & all of Oisín’s large, loving and welcoming family - it’s not fair that you have lost Oisín so soon and I’m so sorry. I’ll be forever grateful for the time we had together and know his spirit will be kept alive in different ways through smiles, interactions with strangers, being ourselves, doing the things that bring us joy, and many more ways. Oisín, I am so deeply saddened to hear of your passing and cannot believe you are not here with us anymore. We didn't know each other well but whenever I saw you in the HubSpot office your positive vibrant presence just drew people in and you made an instant friend of anyone you met. You definitely left the world a better place than you found it.

I am so deeply saddened and still in shock after of Oisin's passing. He was such an amazing person, always ready with a smile. I'll never forget how he made a point to speak to everyone in their own language just to make them feel welcome. His light will be so greatly missed. My heartfelt condolences to his loved ones.

Kevin and Mary, I have kept you and Oisin in my thoughts all week since hearing the news. I didn't know Oisin as an adult, but I now admire the adventurous life I see that he lived and the clearly infectious spirit he carried with him.

Oisín left a positive impression in anyone he met. I was lucky to meet him while at HubSpot. Although we met at work he opened up and become a friend outside of the office. He was a connector and kind soul. His smile would always makes you smile.He was one of the people who convinced me to do my first half marathon and offer not only advice but also to run with me leading up to it. I will forever be grateful for that support and grateful fro introducing me to some of my best friends in Ireland and to make running more fun! Until we meet again, friend :)

My friend Brendan travelled to stay with me and my family in Iceland at the beginning of the year, and since I didn’t have much time to show him around, I suggested he bring a friend. And what a friend he brought.

From the moment Oisín arrived, he charmed each one of us, especially my father, which is no small feat. He had this way about him which instantly made you feel at ease.
My sons both took an instant liking to him. He was so kind and patient with them, showing them genuine interest and attention, playing chess with my older son and entertaining the younger one.
Oisín and Brendan would sit with my father for hours late into the night, talking about everything under the sun. Oisín was a joy to be around. He even started learning Icelandic words and spoke them with such ease and fluency almost immediately. It was genuinely impressive.

I imagine it would have been as obvious to anyone as it was to us just how special a soul Oisín was. He had such a vibrant, joyful presence, genuine and warm. Even though his time with us was brief, it made a lasting impact on our family.
We were all incredibly sad to hear of his passing and feel so fortunate to have gotten the chance to know him.

I am so truly sorry for your loss. I was in college with Oisin and we were both of the Cancer Society committee. He was always kind, friendly, and enthusiastic and I would have always described him as a passionate person who really loved life and made the most of his everyday. I remember when he started a Facebook group to encourage people to seize the day by traveling, taking on challenges or seeking new adventures. He encouraged everyone to live life to the fullest and I know so many will do so because of him. I am thinking of you all.

I didn’t know Oisín well, but that never seemed to matter to him. Every time I ran into him at work, he’d always make time to catch up with me, genuinely interested in my life and my interests. I’ve not met many people before with his constant infectious energy.

Learning more about him since he passed, it’s clear he had a profound impact on everyone around him, from acquaintances to his close friends and family. May he rest in peace.
