Im very saddened to hear this. Olive was so friendly when we moved to the Dublin Road. Our boys were very young but still remember Olive's generosity when they saw the bags of goodies coming over the fence between our gardens. I have no doubt she'll be sorely missed by those close to her. Take care of each other over the comings weeks ahead xx

My friendship goes back with Olive to our early 20ies.
We have many happy memories of mad adventures in the west of Ireland in the 70ies in Willie's souped up Mini with the big wheels.. and also in Saagar Indian restaurant in Harcourt St, not to mention lovely meals in their home in Sutton &Malahide. We go back a long way!
Olive was a very loyal and empathetic friend who brought joy & fun to our friendship. Her death leaves an unfillable void in all our lives.

To Willie, Stuart, Heather, Lydia and all the extended family, heartfelt condolences on the loss of beautiful Olive. As a member of the bookclub Olive joined after moving to Termonfeckin, I was delighted to get to know such a warm, kind and gracious lady and appreciated her always thoughtful and perceptive comments on whatever we were reading.
Although sadly Olive wasn’t able to be physically present with us much in the past year, she always kept in touch via text and always seemed to be looking forward hopefully to meeting again. Her faith, positivity and love of life were extraordinary and radiated from her right to the end.
It truly was a privilege and blessing to have got to know such a brave and inspiring person. May Olive’s beautiful, gentle soul rest in peace.
