Marian Tony and all the family. We were so very sorry to hear about the death of your Dad Oliver. Truly the end of a wonderful life. He was very blessed to have the family he had and you were blessed to have such a great Dad. You’re in our thoughts and prayers.

Condolences to the Doyle family, on the passing of Oliver. It was a pleasure to have know him through my work in Lucan Lodge. We had many greats chats about his team The Rovers and mine The Bohemians. He was a very intelligent man and never ceased to amaze me with his knowledge and memory for dates and historical facts. I will miss him dearly.

Deepest Sympathy to all the extended Doyle family. Ollie was a wonderful man, a great friend and work colleague of my Father (Peadar) during their working life in Tonge and Taggart. We have great memories of Ollie during our childhood. Their generation born during the time of the foundation of this proud state, who helped to shape this nation and we could do with the likes of them again 🙏. So sorry to hear of Ollies passing. No more will we see his distinctive determined walk on claddagh Green. Always a good word for everyone. His trips to Dalymount -walking - were by a series of shortcuts- that I’m still trying to work out. What a gentle man , patriarch of a great family in Claddagh green. A hero to me , determined to better himself and his family. He succeeded and inspired. My mother Mabel (92) will be so saddened to hear of his passing. R.I.P.
