Very sad to hear of Oliver's death. My sincere sympathy to Carmel and Oliver's extended family. Oliver was greatly loved and cared for. My family in Kildare always spoke very fondly of him and the happy times they had when visiting him and Aunt Lena in Co. Clare.

He had such a great personality and always made me laugh.He was very disappointed when I lost.But that's the way politics goes. So Sad at the passing of Oliver,such a lovely man, who always made us very welcome when we stayed with him and our lovely aunt Lena over the years . We will miss all the chats and the news about all our relations. He always kept in touch , we will miss that so much. Strange last Sunday i played the song he sang to Lena when she was very ill called The Twelveth of Never he had us all in tears
