Condolences to the O'Farrell Family on Oliver's passing. I didn't know him personally, but he was the much loved and cherished uncle of my good friend Orla O'Neill. By all accounts he was a gentleman in the very best sense of the word.

Dear Bunny and family. What a lovely man Oliver was. I have known him over the years as a great friend to my Dad, John Mara. I will always remember him tinkering with our phones lines! In recent years i've spent some lovely Friday early evenings having a drink in Oscars with him, Dad, and all the other character's in that friendship group! Id like to think they are all together now playing a round of golf. May he rest in peace.

Heartfelt condolences to all the family on the loss of a wonderful man. He contributed so much to the lives of the teenagers in Malahide in the 70s between the record shop and the leisure centre. I have such lovely memories of times in the house with Ollie and Bunny through my teenage years and l'll never forget their kindness when I lost my own lovely Dad at 17. Ollie and Dof drove to the school I boarded at and took me home to the O'Farrell's warm, happy home to stay overnight, when I was distraught with grief at school. I was lucky enough to reconnect with the family a few years ago and even though they live in a different house, the pure essence of that warmth was still there. You have all been very blessed through the years and may all the extended family give Bunny and each other strength in the days ahead. Big hugs, Karen Glennon xx

To Bunny David Janet, Lorna and family sincere condolences. He was a man at all stages in his life who had energy and a can do attitude . A couple of years back well into his 90s I met him on the Coast Road on the 'scooter' When leaving us he fell off the scooter much to everyones concern except Ollie who just remounted and headed off into the sunset!. RIP
