I went to St Michaels school & orla was siuch a kind person.

My family lived next door to yours in Glenhill Grove in the seventies and early eighties and I sometimes played with Orla and Niamh who were younger than me. My brother Paul painted your garden green with the Wright twins. Lovely memories of our time in Glenhill. Sadly my brother Paul passed away in 2020. My deepest condolences to Anthony, Cian, Cillian, Fionn and all Orla's family. She was always so warm when I met her at the school. I had not seen her for a long time and was so sad to hear the news of her passing. She always had a kind word and smile for everyone and she was a wonderful mum to her boys. A ray of sunshine on those days when I was hassled getting my gang out to school. I hope her family can draw some comfort by how loved and admired she was by so many.
