In grateful acknowledgement, to all who have offered such heartfelt condolences in memory of our beloved daughter, Orlaith Maddams Cleary, we thank you most sincerely.

Our deepest sympathy to John, Mona, Garvan, and all the Maddams family on the very sad and untimely passing of our cousin Orlaith. Her loss is felt deeply by all who knew and loved her. We will always remember Orlaith for her poise, her warm humour, and her musical talent from our childhood days. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time.

It has ben many years Mona since we knew you in Dunlavin but we wish to extend our sympathy to you and John on the passing of your beautiful daughter Orlaith. We hope that all your good memories of Orlaith will sustain you in the time ahead.

Mona, John, Garvan, Andrew, Hugo John and Joff Montague, we are heartbroken for you all on the loss of your beloved Orlaith. We have lovely memories of the family overnight stay with us in Cork when Orlaith was four.
The condolence messages show Orlaith as loving, funny, vibrant, extremely talented and very loyal to family and friends. These traits remind us very much of her lovely Mum & Dad. So sad for you all.

So sorry to hear about Orlaith. Such a warm and vivacious person. As I recall, the last time we met was at Garvan’s wedding where her conversation was insightful and lively. Heartfelt condolences to Orlaith’s family in both Ireland and Perth. Orlaith was a fellow law student in Trinity and I’ll always treasure the bond of friendship which developed between us during those years. Orlaith was truly openhearted and inclusive. Happily we maintained contact over the years, even though we lived on opposite sides of the world. I will miss her deeply. Rest in peace my friend.

To Mona and John, Garvan and Sumindra, Andrew, Hugo John and Joff Montague, I am so sorry to hear of Orlaith’s sudden demise, I attended her beautiful exotic wedding to Andrew on the Croatian island of Hvar in the Adriatic Sea in 2012 and had a wonderful time meeting guests who arrived daily on the ferry from many parts of the globe to celebrate the big day.The wedding was unconventional and all so special and relaxing. I will always remember Orlaith from our time in Deutsche Bank in London for her warmth and Irish humour which always helped in stressful situations with clients. Adieu ma belle Amie. Louis Vonner.

I met Orlaith years ago in Rockaway Beach, NY when she stayed with us while dating my youngest cousin. She was lovely and we had a wonderful time together. We met up again a few years later at another cousins wedding in London. We kept in touch through socials for a few years. However, over the years less and less. But time does not diminish the lasting impression she left with me. God bless Orlaith and I pray her boys always have memories to cherish. I know she is wearing her best high heels in Heaven🤍. I am so sorry to learn of Orlaith's unexpected passing at such a young age. I went to school with Orlaith and have very fond memories of her from that time. Throughout the years we kept in touch online and it was wonderful to see the milestones she reached and life she built for herself and her family. She has been taken far too soon and I extend my deepest condolences to her parents, John and Mona, her brother Garvan, husband Andrew and their children Joff and Hugo.
