Sincere sympathy to Ann and Uncle Owen’s children and grandchildren. Regretfully I was unable to attend his funeral but my thoughts were with ye on the day. Never lost his accent but as long as he had Anne and their family he was happy wherever he was.

Owen was a true gentleman. He was witty and so easy to chat to, we always looked forward to your visits to Ballinross. Owen was always interested in hearing what you had to say and made you feel so at ease, with his quiet tone and hearty laugh, always smiling.

Sincere condolences to Ann and all the family. Uncle Owen was a very kind man, easy to talk to with no airs and graces. He left the West of Ireland but it never left him and he always had time for people. He will be missed.
