Paddy was our neighbour and friend for many years. He had a deep love of his faith ,history , music and country life, he took great pleasure in in the simple routines of attending morning mass, gathering fresh eggs from his hens and keeping in touch with local people. He had a remarkable memory for dates and especially birthdays , never missing an occasion and would always arrive with a thoughtful gift in hand. On calm evenings the sound of his records would drift gently across the fields-a familiar presence that will always be remembered. To his sister Kathleen his nephews and nieces and especially Liz and John we offer our deepest sympathies to you all. To paddy this is not goodbye ,rest in heavenly peace and keep playing the music.
