I was very fortunate to know Paddy when I was a youngster playing football for Ballymun Town. He was always so encouraging and such a great man to talk too. He always knew exactly what to say to get the best out of you. God bless you Paddy and may you Rest In Peace🙏🏻

Heartfelt condolences Agnes & your daughter Jacqueline & son Noel & extended family & all those who had the pleasure of knowing a cheerful respectful gentleman Paddy, you were always with your caring thoughtful wife Agnes by your side,I always admired your attention towards your dear husband so got a shock when I heard Paddy had passed but u will light the candle on his journey every Sunday as you did for your children.

Paddy is up there now in Heaven with your other two lovely children making them smile & a song like he did when I’d see him in town to lift one’s heart, but u never turned up for that date under ‘Clerys ‘clock u made ,but joking aside we know you had the best wife & Mum by your side always. We met 1st in Harcourt St Hospital all those years ago, gentle to your finger tips Agnes.
I know you will miss Paddy as will all who came in contact with him.

I'm so sorry to hear of the passing of Uncle Paddy. He was so funny, loved a sing song and got everyone laughing with his antics. Even at Richmond Park a lot of the crowd knew him when he took me and Da there years ago and he held a sing song in the pub afterwards. Great memories of a great man. RIP Paddy.

Paddy was always the life and soul of the party. Famous for singing songs even though he couldn't remember the words. Condolences to Agnes and family he will be sorely missed. RIP 🙏 Paddy.

Paddy was a legend in Silloge. He would never let you pass by without saluting you or stopping for a chat. Absolute gent of a man. He will always be connected to my memories of growing up.

I have so many memories as a child to adult growing up beside each other, both you and Agnes were like everyones external family in Silloge, we all love you both and this community will never forget you and all you did for us.
For Agnes, I'm sure you are heartbroken but know we all love you and are always here for you. ♥

Had the pleasure of meeting Paddy many times over the years, and it was always a pleasure. Win, lose or draw he was always in great form. A real gentleman loved by people at every club in the league, not just his beloved St Pats. He will be missed by many. RIP Paddy. It was an honour to know you.

Agnes and family I am so sorry and sad on hearing of Paddy’s death, I will never forget Paddy he was a real gentleman, he was as honest as they come he hadn’t a bad word to say about anyone, always full of laughter and fun it was such a pleasure to have known and cared for him.
