Deepest Sympathies to Paddy's Family. I got to know Paddy when we had a connection via the O.P.L.A./Fas Scheme, of which he was the excellent Foreman, forever accomodating and making things possible. After he retired, I often ran into him in town etc and he always found time to stop for a chat. A thorough Gentleman. I could not attend Paddy's funeral.

Deepest Condolences to the Foley family on the death of Paddy, he was one of life's gentlemen, gave me a start with my first job after leaving school & also played his part in getting me, my apprenticeship as a painter with OPLA, the legendary days working on those olds houses in the inner city.
He remained a good friend for the years after meeting him at the races, in the bookies or at a hurling match.

I'm so, so sorry to hear of Paddy s passing. Paddy was a very good friend of mine for years and years. We worked together years ago and we got on really really well. He was a lovely man. We had a mutual interest in horse racing and we both went racing together. Paddy I hope you can back a few winners in heaven.
