Sincere condolences to Gerry, Bernie, Mary, Sheila and Carmel and families on the passing of Paddy Joe. A ‘trailblazer’ in his day with his development of the ‘Flying Horse’ Mark 1. His professionalism as a barman beyond repute. Introduced ‘cocktails’ for the ladies frequenting the establishment way ‘back in the day’. His great efforts with the ‘folk festival’ supplementing the sports days and gymkhanas long associated with ‘Beglins field, well remembered. He befriended many and was generous in his business and friendships. Sadly, his accident many years ago was so tragic, untimely and difficult for him and his immediate family to deal with. His death coming so soon after Marty’s makes it all the harder for the Beglin family. Ni bheidh a leithead aris ann,
