It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of our dear friend and long-standing work colleague, Paddy Malone.

Paddy dedicated 47 years of his working life to O'Reilly Brothers, and throughout those many years, he became an incredibly valued member of our team. He was known to all as a true gentleman, someone who brought kindness, loyalty, and warmth to every day, and a great friend to so many of his colleagues.

The plaque at the entrance to our Head Office, known fondly as Paddy’s Pass, now stands as a fitting tribute to a much-admired and deeply respected man. It is a daily reminder of the impact Paddy had on our company and on everyone who knew him.

We extend our deepest sympathies to Nellie, Gerard, Patrick, Ollie, Helen, Gary, and all the extended Malone family at this challenging time.

May Paddy’s gentle soul rest in eternal peace.
