I worked as Paddy’s manager in Oak House, Simon Community. What a lovely fella! He was fantastic with the residents in our service and I encouraged him at one point to look at a career in this field. Stephanie was on the first team I worked with in Simon too and they were such a fabulous couple. Was delighted to see them heading off on their travels a few years ago. Absolutely gutted about Paddy’s passing. Thoughts and prayers with his loved ones
