I was deeply saddened to hear about Paddy. He was an absolute gentleman and a pleasure to look after. He always brought so much happiness and character to the dialysis unit. May he rest in peace.
I met Paddy twice in Liverpool at Walking with Giants, a superb organisation. The time spent with Paddy was inspirational. He had a heart of gold.
My two lovely grandchildren, Joshua and Olivia Murphy have a similar condition to Paddy and he was so, so nice to them in Liverpool.
