To the Shortall Family,
So very sorry to hear of the passing of your gorgeous Dad. He was so much fun. I remember we met him in a restaurant in Portugal many years ago and he ran over to my Dad (Ronan) picked him up and swung him around in the air. The look on the other diners faces as 2 little Irish men greeted eachother like long lost brothers was hilarious 😍
My parents were so fond of him and your lovely Mum Mary.
I’m sure your Dad is making everyone smile and laugh in heaven the way he did on earth.
Thinking of you all during this very sad time.
Best wishes,
Sandra and all the Fearon Family x

Very saddened to hear of Paddy’s passing. The family connection goes back so many years from Kevans’, C&L, Fitzwilliam LTC, garden parties, glasses of wine, laughter, true friendship and deep respect. Deepest sympathy to all the family. He was just lovely.
To my teammate Jim and all the Shortall family, our condolences at this most sad time of Paddy’s passing. He was a gent. Full to the brim with fun and spreading happiness. One of the real good guys and none of it “put on”. A caring individual who managed to make everyone feel better in themselves. He was the genuine article. I once told him that he was the “only garden gnome” ever to win a medal with Lansdowne. He took the slagging like a badge of honor.
No regrets you Shortall’s, Paddy was a one off and up there with the very best
May he rest in eternal peace. MQ x
