It is once again a great sadness and shock to hear of the passing of Retired District Officer - Paddy Toal - Tara Street Fire Headquarters - Dublin Fire Brigade on the 13th of August - Paddy was one of those rare people - a big man with a heart to measure - I had the privilege to work with him - both in station and the Fire ground - when you had him by your side - you knew that - no matter what was thrown at you - you would get thru it safely - it was my greatest pleasure working with you and been able to call you a friend - Sleep tight Paddy - your shift is over - may you Rest in Peace 🙏 - your old mate Buzzer
