May Paddy rest in peace. What a kind, fun loving, diligent gentleman he was to work with. You never passed Paddy's desk without either a thumbs up, a smile and a wink or getting a bit of well deserved stick with his great sense of humour

There was never enough time to hear all of his incredible stories, but besides the craic he had in them all the main thing that always stood out in them was his love of people, especially his family

It was a pleasure to know him for a relatively short time and he's left a lasting impact on me. May he rest in peace and may you as a family find peace where possible for this sad loss

Losing Paddy is a tremendous loss for all of us who had the privilege to know and work with him. I’ll miss our chats, the stories, the bread (of course), and most of all, the steady, loyal friendship he offered so generously over the years, he had made me feel like one of his family, and to me I have lost someone that quietly stepped into a kind of fatherly role in my life, steady, supportive, full of wisdom, and always there when I needed someone to lean on. He never knew how much that meant to me, but it’s something I’ll carry with me always.

His absence will be deeply felt, but his memory, warmth, and spirit will live on in all of us who had the privilege to know him. I will carry his candid heart with me always.

I was lucky enough to be able to call Paddy a friend as well as a colleague for the past number of years. He will be so sorely missed.

He was a warm and funny man, always quick to wit but also incredibly generous. Especially with his time, a listening ear, or a wild story.

I'll always treasure the sourdough starter he kindly gifted me when I dropped mine and I'll miss the fresh bakes in the office

Gráinne and Paddy graciously attended Linda and Fredrik’s wedding in Greece seven years ago, which meant so much to us.

I'm so sad to hear of Paddy's passing. It’s hard to put into words how much he meant to everyone who had the chance to know him. He had such a big personality, full of warmth, humour and charm, and he always made time for a kind word or to really listen.

Still in shock as I write this. Paddy was one of those people who within 5 minutes of meeting him made you feel like you were already a lifelong friend of his.

His affable, generous nature and wicked sense of humour always shone through no matter what the occasion (especially during one of his legendary BBQ & Texas Hold'em card nights!)

Hopefully reunited again with his beloved Miriam where they can both watch over Lauren & Rebecca from above.

Paddy was one of a kind, a truly special man, devoted to family, and such good fun to be around.
Only 3 months ago despite his illness he accompanied Gráinne to England for my father’s funeral and was there for his burial in Glasnevin.
An act of kindness which we will always cherish and a testament to the calibre of the man.
