Deepest sympathy to Kitty, Maura, Kate, and the extended family on your very great loss. Growing up in Kilsallagh I loved visiting Geraghty's and probably had their hearts broken being there so often. Padraic, and his parents, were always warm, kind, welcoming and very patient. My thoughts are with you all & may Padraic rest in peace.

My sincere condolence to Mr. Geraghty's family and friends. He was a strict but fair teacher, and always encouraged students where he saw potential, I highly respected him, even to this day, I was a student in Clifden Community School.

I was very privileged to work very closely with Pat for a short period after he had spent many years as the excellent Deputy Principal of the school. He was a thorough gentleman, a wonderfully supportive colleague and friend to me, and totally committed to the wellbeing of every member of the school community, Staff, students and parents.
