Padraic O'Toole

I am so saddened and shocked to hear of Padraic's passing.We met in 27 Oaklands Park. We all lived there, 2 Garda attached to Irishtown Garda station. Padraic yourself myself and Garda Noel Crotty from the County of Tipperrary ( at least thats where he told us he was from ) We had so memorable night's our, you were the sensible one and knew how to tell us enough was enough.
