We were both shocked and saddened to hear of Padraig's passing. Myself and Karen knew him as Paddy when he played soccer with me at West End United. He was such a lovely person. He always had a smile on his face and he was a great footballer. Had many good times in Benny's (Mariner) after the games - cold showers in those days. I know he was very happy with his new life in Balbriggan. Deepest sympathies to you all. May he Rest in Peace.
