I enjoyed my chats with Pádraig when I would meet him as I walked my dog on the Teer road. He was always up to date with both local and national news. You would want to know your politics to keep up with him!
Football was a great source of joy for him and the kerry flag would be hanging proudly on the gate up to a week ahead of the matches.
May he rest in peace now with Paddy, Bridie, Eamon and Mike and all the good people of Teer gone before him.
Mary, Peter, Cáit, Morgan, Joanne, Brendan and Martin, I am so sorry for the sad loss of a brother you all loved so much. May God take care of Pádraig in heaven and of all of you in the challenging times ahead.
