I am deeply saddened to hear of Padraig leaving us so prematurely. I send my deepest condolences to Marie, Seamus, Leona, Steve, Colm , Ciara , Maeve, and the other family members. I consider myself so fortunate to have spent time with Padraig in November. He was an extraordinary person, showing grace, dignity and warmth in every conversation and gesture.

May Padraig rest in eternal peace. He was an absolute gentleman, the nicest man anyone could meet. As kids, we called him Mr Sweetman and loved to see him visit regularly, laiden with bags of sweets and boxes of chocolate. Padraigs gentle character and lovely smile will be sorely missed around the Eskeragh area. May he rest in eternal peace with his fabulous Mum Celina, his Dad and dear brother. We will miss you Padraig. Thanks for over four decades of amazing memories.
