I had the pleasure of working with Paschal for many years and also one of his golfing buddies with DFB golf society,where he served as Captain, President, and committee for many years. It is with the greatest sorrow that I heard today of the passing of a really lovely man - Retired Firefighter - Paschal Heary - " B " Watch - No 8 District Station - Nutgrove Fire Station - Dublin Fire Brigade - I had the greatest privilege to having known and worked with Paschal - on " B " Watch - Tara Street Fire Headquarters - its hard to believe such a fit and healthy man could be taken from us so swiftly - Paschal was a great Mentor to me and my class mates - he wasn't really big on Water Sports in Station - in the late 80s - Paschal moved to Nutgrove Fire Station - and remained there up to his Retirement - he really loved his Golf ⛳️ - hopefully there will be a Golf course in Heaven - Sleep tight Paschal - your shift is over - May you Rest In Peace - your old mate Buzzer
