Deeply saddened to learn of Pat's passing. While I only met him remotely a few weeks ago in a work capacity, his professionalism and kindness shone through in each and every conversation we had. Sincere condolences to his wife Maria, family and extended family.

I was truly shocked and greatly saddened to learn of the sudden death of Pat last Thursday. I knew Pat from UCD, Rural Development and mutual friends. He was a very good person with many talents that he shared generously.
