A beautiful relationship to have witnessed over the years. It was rare to see one without the other. It is a real testament of their love that their time apart from each other on this earth was also so short.

As a work colleague of Pat for many years, it was pleasure to see her dedication to her job and the care and attention afforded her patients was 2nd to none. She was loved by all .
