We are truly saddened by the loss of Pat. We were so fortunate to have him as a neighbour. We will deeply miss our chats over the fence—talking about everything from the weekend sports results to just sharing thoughts on life in general. Pat always had a moment to chat, and his cheerful wave and genuine smile brightened the day.
