Mary Rose, Phelim, David, Padraic, Noreen & AnnMarie, there are no words that is going to give you comfort at this sad time in your lives. Pat was an absolute gentleman, one of the nicest people we have ever met. It was an honor to have known him and he will be missed terribly. He will look after you all now and give you the strength to get through this. We are just heartbroken for you all.

Pat McParland was a special person. I will always smile thinking of that little grin he would make when you knew he was up to something funny or maybe taking a wee sweet. He would always pick us up from Dundalk when we would go to the discos at age 15 in his massive red work truck. I remember so many fond memories of him. He would always greet me and say "Hi Debs". I just want to give the McParland family a massive hug and I know he will always be with them always. RIP Pat, I am sure ya are playing a round of golf up in heaven. Love you always. Debs
